We offer three shipping options for EU customers, depending on the order value and shipping route.
Standard Shipping from Sweden (all order values)
- Shipping fee: €15
- Delivery time: 15-20 days
- Shipped from our Sweden office
- All taxes and duties are included
IOSS Priority Express (For orders under €150)
- Shipping fee: €30
- Delivery time: 3-7 business days
- Shipped from our Jaipur production unit
- All taxes and duties are included and will be declared via IOSS
Priority Express (For orders above €150)
- Shipping fee: €55 (€30 shipping + €25 customs handling fee)
- Delivery time: 5-10 days (due to customs processing)
- Shipped from our Jaipur production unit
- All taxes and duties are included
Why do priority orders have additional fees?
Due to EU regulations, IOSS only applies to orders under €150. For orders over €150, additional customs handling fees (€25) are required to process VAT at customs. These fees cover necessary compliance costs for international shipping.

Import duties and taxes are included in our prices, so you won’t have to pay any additional fees upon delivery.
We have three different shipping options that you can choose in checkout.
Orders to the US are shipped from our facility in Jaipur, India.
For our customers in the United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada, all taxes and duties are included in your order, so your package will arrive with no extra costs.
There are no customs duties for Norwegian customers, as we include our VOEC number on all packages to Norway, ensuring no additional taxes or duties are required upon delivery.
Prices do not include VAT. 18% VAT will apply to your order with us.

Delivery responsibility
Once your order has shipped and tracking is provided, delivery is handled by the carrier and you as the customer. However, while we’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we’ll always do our best to help.
If a package isn’t claimed and is returned to us, a €40 handling fee applies. Double-check that your email is correct and that our messages don’t land in spam - we send updates all along the way. ❤️
If your package is lost
We can send you a replacement at 50% of the original order value to cover materials and shipping.
- Claims must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
- After 30 days, we can’t process claims.
- Refunds aren’t available for lost orders, but if you prefer a refund over a replacement, 50% will be deducted to cover costs already incurred.
We care deeply about every order we send. Once it leaves our hands, it’s in the carrier’s care - but we’ll always make sure you’re supported if something goes wrong.
