Returns/exchanges, VAT and other important information

All returns are at the moment sent back to Sweden. But rest assure that we are looking for a more efficient way to handle distribution. 
For our American and Canadian customers, we are looking into a return option for North America and hope to have one in place shortly. For other countries outside the EU we will also find the most efficient way to handle shipping and returns as soon as possible. 

If you need to return an item/order please send an email to to get accurate information on where to send it and what to have in mind when returning.  

If you wish to exchange color or size we can help you without you needing to make a new order. Just email us what changes you require and we will handle the rest. 

If you wish to make a new order but in another style we need you to place a new here on the website. You can also email us what you would like to order and we can send you an invoice with a payment link ❤️

VAT and duty charges are already included in the price. If you need to pay custom charges before receiving your package we ask you to please pay these and then share the receipt with us and we will refund you this amount. This is also something we will handle automatically in a near future so that you only have to pay once on the website. If you receive a payment link from the currier you may share this with us to and we will process the payment for you. 
All orders within the EU will not be affected by this unless you chose Express Shipping from Jaipur - then additional VAT and duty may be asked of you to pay by customs.
