Return and Exchanges

To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our Return Center or email us at order@brahmaki.com.

Return Policy

We offer a full refund within 30 days of delivery on all orders, regardless of location, provided that:

  • The return is initiated within the 30-day period

  • The item meets our return conditions (see below)


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, or can choose to have us arrange the return and deduct the cost from the refund.

If your order was shipped from Jaipur, India and you return it to Sweden, a €35 (or more) customs fee will apply and be deducted from your refund. To avoid this fee, choose Sweden as your shipping origin when placing your order.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a full refund, returned items must:

  • Be in resellable condition (no damage or strong scents such as smoke or perfume)

  • Be approved by our customer service team before being shipped back

  • If ineligible for resale but still usable second-hand, a partial refund (up to 50%) may be offered

Important: Please wait for return confirmation before shipping items. Unapproved returns may not be processed.

Please note that if you choose a customized piece (custom measurements), we’ll make it just for you, which means it won’t be eligible for return or exchange.

Exchange Policy

Free exchanges (including shipping) are available if:

  • You received the wrong size, color, or style

  • The item is defective

Note: If the wrong size was ordered by mistake, the customer covers the return and reshipping costs.

 

Refund Details

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect

  • We cannot accommodate refund requests to alternative accounts or payment methods

 

Color, Fabric & Personal Preferences

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Color being different than expected

  • Fit issues or not liking the fabric

To ensure you're confident before ordering, email us at ordermanagement@brahmaki.com to request:

  • Photos or videos of the fabric and pieces

  • Or a video call from our production team in India to preview your item live

 

Tailoring, Defects & Quality Assurance

We cover all return expenses if:

  • The item has a production or tailoring defect

  • The measurements deviate more than 1 inch / 2.5 cm

  • You received the wrong item

Please provide photos/videos for documentation.
A full refund will include both the original and return shipping costs if the claim is approved.

Wear and tear or damage from improper care is not covered.
