An Invitation to Deepen
This training is an invitation to step fully into the practice - not as a destination, but as a deepening. Yoga is a lifelong path of self-inquiry, presence, and devotion. Whether you feel called to teach or simply to immerse yourself more completely, this is a space to listen, learn, and transform.
Over 21 days in Tenerife, we will practise together, study together, and sit in the silence that lives at the heart of yoga. This is not a course to rush through. It is an experience to inhabit - with patience, openness, and a willingness to meet yourself honestly.
We welcome practitioners of all backgrounds who feel ready for this kind of commitment. No prior teaching experience is required - only sincerity, dedication, and an open heart.
Training Foundation
21 days · Tenerife
Hatha · Vinyasa · Yin · Black Lotus
The training draws from multiple traditions to offer a grounded, integrated understanding of yoga - as practice, philosophy, and way of life.
- Hatha Yoga - the foundation of physical practice
- Ashtanga principles - discipline, breath, and flow
- Pranayama - the art of breath regulation
- Meditation - stillness and sustained awareness
- Yogic philosophy - the Sutras, the Gita, and living ethics
- Functional movement - understanding the body with care
- Elements from multiple traditions - honouring the breadth of yoga
Living the Practice
Each day is shaped by the rhythm of practice - morning movement, study, reflection, and rest. There is time for depth and time for simplicity. The island itself becomes part of the training: the ocean, the volcanic earth, the light.
This is not a retreat from life, but an immersion into it. You will be challenged and supported in equal measure. The days are rich but unhurried - designed to let understanding settle naturally, through experience rather than accumulation.
Community forms quietly here. In shared meals, in partner work, in the vulnerability of learning together. By the end of three weeks, what has been cultivated is not just knowledge, but something more intimate - a deeper relationship with your own practice and presence.

"The balance between asana, philosophy and meditation was perfect. Hard work, but held with such care. The community that formed was unexpected - these people are now part of my life."
"I came wanting to teach. I left having understood why I practise at all. This training gave me the foundation I didn't know I needed."
