Return and Refund Policy

Free Returns for Customers in Sweden and Special Cases
At Brahmaki, we strive for perfection and understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. For customers in Sweden, and in cases where you've received a damaged, defective, or incorrectly sized product, we offer free returns within 30 days.

Please inspect your items within 48 hours of delivery and let us know immediately of any issues. Email us at with pictures of the damaged or incorrect item, and we will provide a return label. 💛

Customized Items
Please note that items customized in size or length are made especially for you and are not eligible for refund or exchange. We encourage you to double-check your custom measurements to ensure the perfect fit.

All Other Returns
For returns due to reasons other than damage, defects, or incorrect sizing, we kindly ask that you cover the return shipping costs and any other charges, such as duty and customs fees.

For customers within the EU, no duty charges apply for returns. However, for customers outside the EU, please note that we must pay duty charges upon the return's arrival in Sweden, and a $25 fee will be deducted from your refund.

Return Process
Regardless of the reason for your return, please follow these steps:

  1. Mark all returns with "RETURN" in capital letters on the outside of the box.
  2. Include the original packaging slip.
  3. Write your order number clearly on the package.
  4. Ensure your name is visible both inside and outside the box.
  5. Mark the return and declare the value as less than $50 to avoid additional taxes.
  6. Send your return to:

  1. Email the tracking number to (only for returns from outside the EU).

Timeline for Returns and Refunds
- Returns typically take 5-10 days to reach Sweden, depending on the origin.
- Upon receipt, please allow 3-5 days for us to process your return.
- Once approved, it can take an additional 5-10 days for the bank to issue your refund.
