Return and Refund Policy

Free Returns for Customers in Sweden and Special Cases At Brahmaki, we're committed to delivering perfection, and we understand that sometimes things may not turn out as expected. For all customers within Sweden, and in cases where you've received a product that is either damaged, defective, or does not match the measurements stated in your order, we offer free returns within 30 days. Please inspect your pieces within 48 hours of delivery and let us know immediately if you notice any issues. Simply send an email to order@brahmaki.com, including pictures of the damaged piece or incorrect measurements, and we will provide you with the return label. 💛

Customized Items Please note that any items customized in size or length are made especially for you, and as such, are not eligible for refund or exchange. We encourage you to double-check your custom measurements to ensure the perfect fit.

All Other Returns For returns made due to reasons other than damage, defects, or deviation from the measurements specified, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs and any other charges, such as duty and customs fees.

For our customers within the EU, returning items is simple, as no duty charges will be applied. However, for customers outside the EU, please note that we have to pay duty charges upon the return's arrival in Sweden, and a set fee of $25 will be deducted from your refund.

Return Process Regardless of the reason for your return, please follow these steps:

  • Mark all returns with the word "RETURN" in capital letters on the outside of the box.
  • Include the packaging slip that was originally included with your order.
  • Write your order number clearly on the package.
  • Ensure your name is visible both inside and outside the box.
  • If we need to pay tax upon arrival this amount will also be deducted from your refund, therefore make sure you mark it as a "return" and also declare the value less than 50$ ❤️

  • Email the tracking number to: order@brahmaki.com (only needed for returns from outside the EU)

Timeline for Returns and Refunds

  • Returns typically take between 5-10 days to reach Sweden, depending on where they are sent from.
  • Upon receipt, please allow us another 3-5 days to process your return.
  • Once your return is approved, it can take an additional 5-10 days for the bank to issue your refund.

A Note to Our Customers We truly understand the frustration that can come with the cost and process of returns. Please know that we're actively working on ways to make this experience smoother and less expensive. In the future, we plan to establish warehouses on larger continents to facilitate a more efficient return process.
