Washing Instructions for EcoVero™
Hand Wash or Gentle Machine Wash: For best results, wash EcoVero fabrics by hand in cool water with a mild detergent. Gently agitate without wringing. If machine washing, use a delicate cycle with cold water and place the garment in a mesh laundry bag to prevent snagging.

Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Use only mild detergents, avoiding bleach and fabric softeners to protect the fabric's color and softness.

Drying: Lay the garment flat to air dry, keeping it away from direct sunlight or heat sources to prevent shrinkage or fading.

Ironing: Iron on low heat, preferably inside-out or using a pressing cloth. Steaming is a good alternative to remove wrinkles.

Non-Water Care for EcoVero:
Fresh Air Refreshing: Hang the garment in a ventilated area to freshen up between washes, letting air flow naturally to eliminate odors.

Exchanges and refunds
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return or exchange it. If your return is due to damage, defects, or incorrect sizing, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, we kindly ask that you cover the shipping costs.
