Care Guide for Tencel™ Lyocell.

Washing: Machine wash on a gentle cycle in cold water with mild detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals like bleach.

Drying: Air drying is the best method to prevent shrinkage. Lyocell shrinks much less than other natural fibers, and by avoiding high heat, you help maintain its original fit. If using a dryer, tumble dry on low heat.

Ironing: If needed, use a warm iron with a pressing cloth to avoid shine.

Storage: Store folded or hung in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.

By following these steps, your Lyocell garments will stay beautiful and maintain their shape without shrinking.

Exchanges and refunds
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return or exchange it. If your return is due to damage, defects, or incorrect sizing, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, we kindly ask that you cover the shipping costs.
