A Week of Return
This retreat is a pause — an offering of time and space to reconnect with your body, your breath, and the quiet that lives beneath the noise. Set against the raw beauty of Tenerife, it is a week to slow down, to practise with intention, and to remember what matters.
Each day is shaped by gentle rhythm: morning practice, nourishing meals, time in nature, and the freedom to simply be. There is no agenda to perform — only an invitation to arrive, fully, wherever you are.
Whether you are new to yoga or have practised for years, this retreat meets you where you are.
All that is asked is a willingness to be present.
What Awaits

The retreat weaves together movement, stillness, and the natural world to create a deeply restorative experience.

- Pranayama — exploring the transformative power of breath
- Philosophy classes — the wisdom that underlies the practice
- Asana clinics — refining alignment and deepening understanding
- Nature walks — connecting with the island’s wild beauty
- Free time — for rest, journaling, or ocean swims
- Community meals — simple, seasonal, and shared
Living Slowly
The pace of the retreat is deliberately unhurried. Mornings begin with pranayama — breath practices that awaken and anchor — before moving into the structured, meditative rhythm of Black Lotus & Ashtanga. Each posture held with intention, each transition a moving meditation.
Afternoons open into spaciousness. Some days, that means wandering the ancient laurel forests of Anaga Park — one of the oldest ecosystems on Earth, alive with a stillness that mirrors the inner work of the mat. Other days, it means standing at the foot of El Teide, the great volcano at the heart of Tenerife, feeling its deep volcanic energy rise through the ground and into the body.
And some days, the retreat simply asks you to stop. To lie in the sun, to slip into the ocean, to sit with whatever arises. These are not empty days — they are often the most important ones, where the practice moves inward and something quietly shifts.
What makes this retreat special is not what is added, but what is taken away. Without the usual distractions, something essential has space to emerge — a quality of presence that stays with you long after the week ends.
A Day on Retreat
Each day follows a gentle rhythm — structured enough to hold the experience, open enough to honour rest and spontaneity. The schedule is a guide, not a rule.

“I arrived exhausted and left completely renewed. The morning practices, the silence, the sea — everything worked together. I’ve been on other retreats, but nothing like this.”
“The pace was exactly what I needed — unhurried, gentle, generous. Meals were extraordinary. The evening practice with the light changing over the ocean — I’ll never forget it.”
